Welcome to Stafford VPA!
I am Melissa Machado, principal at Stafford VPA Elementary. I am an extremely proud product of Edgewood ISD. I am very fortunate to have the opportunity to continue to serve and support the community to helped shape me into the person I am today. Before becoming principal, I have served as a parent liaison, teacher, instructional coach and an assistant principal. I wholeheartedly believe that all students can learn at high levels, and it is my goal to ensure that our scholars can continue to receive a quality education in an environment that is safe and nurturing.
