My name is Shannon Messer, I am a third grade teacher at Stafford Elementary. My class focuses on Reading, Writing and Social Studies. I have been teaching here in Edgewood ISD for eleven years. The students and families in this community are the reason I keep coming back every year. I am from San Antonio and went to UTSA for my BA and my MA in Early Childhood. When I am not teaching I enjoy reading and spend my time on my ranch with my husband and many animals!
